Challenge

The problem they had

Monch Monch is a Biolumen product, a San Francisco foodtech valued at US$40 million, with PepsiCo among its shareholders and Dr. Robert Lustig (UCSF) as Chief Medical Officer.

Pablo Zamora, co-founder of NotCo and chairman of Fundación Chile, is part of the board. The product is sold in the USA, Canada, and England.

They needed a technology partner to redesign their Shopify store, optimize the purchase funnel, and execute quickly across multiple platforms.

NLACE acted as the marketing team’s technology partner. The initial work included a full Shopify storefront redesign, applying the brand system across all digital interfaces, and migrating email sequences in Klaviyo.

The project was executed with AI as a production tool. What used to take weeks is now solved in hours.

After the results, Monch Monch formalized an ongoing engagement. Today NLACE is its permanent technology partner for blog migration, SEO, content, marketing material, and automations.
