Challenge
Aguas Q3 is the largest purified-water distributor in Punta Arenas and Puerto Natales. Since 2008, it has served more than 500 customers across households, restaurants, hotels, and distributors in the Magallanes region.
All its commercial communication runs through WhatsApp: orders, inquiries, dispatch coordination, and maintenance scheduling.
More than 10,000 monthly messages were handled manually and orders were entered by hand in Defontana. The required leap was clear: CRM, customer traceability, and process automation.
System
NLACE transformed Aguas Q3’s full commercial process. First, it implemented HubSpot as the CRM: customer database migration, sales pipeline setup, and commercial automations.
Then it built an AI WhatsApp agent on the multi-LLM nlace Agentes platform. The agent handles inquiries, takes complete orders, coordinates dispatches, and schedules maintenance, while also receiving transfer receipts and validating amounts against order totals.
The solution integrates with HubSpot to register every interaction in the commercial pipeline and with Defontana to generate automatic order notes. The entire operation remains visible to the team in HubSpot. NLACE also provides ongoing support for both CRM and agent operations.
